How does Afterpay work?
Simply shop and choose Afterpay as your payment method at checkout.
Sign in to or create an Afterpay account and complete your order.
Your order is processed as normal, Afterpay will pay on your behalf and your order will be processed and dispatched as normal.
Nominate your chosen Australian debit or credit card and Afterpay will schedule automatic payments for you. First-time customers provide payment details as usual, returning customers simply log in to make their purchase.
Who can use Afterpay and how can I apply for an account?
Subject to approval, Afterpay is available to anyone who is over 18 years of age and an Australian citizen or permanent resident (for Australia) and New Zealand citizen or permanent resident (for New Zealand).
To apply for an Afterpay account, simply select Afterpay at checkout when completing your purchase or you can apply directly on the Afterpay website.
You will need to create an Afterpay account using an email address.
Subject to approval, this process takes only seconds and after approval you can complete your purchase and pay for it later.
Once your Afterpay account has been created you never have to apply again and can continue to reuse it as much as you like.
Can I return an Afterpay purchased item?
Yes, provided returns fall within our return requirements, Afterpay will process a refund back to the card used.
