All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Our pricing is all-inclusive, meaning there are no extra fees for personalisation or printing on the back (except for delivery).

• Personalised Photo Candles: From $45 each. This includes your name, photo, date, and venue on the front plus the wording or poem of your choice on the back.
• Personalised Taper Candles: From $10 each. This includes the name, occasion date, and the godparents', sponsors', or guardians' names.
• Single Photo Wedding Candle: $85. This includes names, photo, date, and venue on the front plus custom wording on the back.
• Photo Wedding Unity Set (3 pcs): $220 per set. This includes 3 pillar candles with full personalisation.

We require a minimum of 7 days from when we receive your candle details to complete your order. We always try our best to get your candle to you on time, but we take no responsibility for delays caused by Australia Post or courier services.

Standard Australian Orders

• Baptism Candles: Completed and sent within 2-3 weeks.
• Wedding Candles: Completed and sent within 4-6 weeks.

Urgent Orders (Australian Shipping Addresses Only)

• What is an Urgent Order? Placing an urgent order bumps your order to the top, guaranteeing completion within 3-5 days after we receive your full candle details.
• Urgent Wedding Candles: Completed and sent within 2 weeks.
• Note: This time frame applies to production only.

Overseas Delivery

• Standard orders are completed and sent within 4 weeks via Economy Air.

Can I pick up my order?
Yes. We are based in Menai, NSW. Select "Pickup from Menai" at checkout to waive the shipping fee.

• How to Send Details: Please email your original photo and any custom wording (prayer or poem) to ranelle@alwayscandles.com.au.
• Photo Quality Tips: The larger the original image, the better the quality will be. If scanning an original photo, ensure it is scanned at a resolution of at least 300 dpi.
• Candle Quality: Our candles are Australian-made from fully refined, food-grade paraffin wax. They have superior long burning quality and a white, smooth finish.
• Taper Candle Appearance: Your personalised taper candles will match the colours and design you have chosen for your large personalised candle.
• Other Sacraments: Yes, we customise candles for First Holy Communion and Confirmation. Choose any design, and it will be adapted for the Sacrament you need.

Due to the unique nature of personalised items, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds unless the product is faulty, damaged, or significantly different from what was ordered.

• Damages in Transit Exclusion: We take great care in packaging, but we accept no responsibility for any damages caused to the personalised candle while in transit.
• Customer Errors: We are not responsible for errors made by the customer (e.g., spelling mistakes). Please carefully check all details before placing your order.
• Faulty Items: If you receive a damaged item, contact info@alwayscandles.com.au within 3 days of receiving your order for assessment. If the item is deemed faulty due to a production error, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
